  • 2 window AC units: bedroom and kitchen (landlord is putting them in and taking them out. Both units are newer and efficient and have thermostats).

For the application we will need the following: 

  • Photo or copy of ID

  • Income verification (last few pay stubs).

  • FULL credit report (can be retrieved via any major credit bureau or CreditKarma, please submit full report, not just the summary) ***Please note: good credit is a must for the landlord. No exceptions would be made.

  • Photo of pets if you have them (also please provide breed, age and weight).

To secure the lease, once approved by the Landlord, the Tenant pays 1 mo Broker fee, 1.5 mo security deposit and 1st month's rent.
