New Providence COVID-19 Community Update

To help everyone in these crazy times, our team wanted to compile a list of New Providence, NJ restaurants, stores, etc that have adapted to continue supporting us during quarantine. We are trying to cover as many of our local towns as possible, and if we missed anything that we should add to our list - please let us know! Also, please note that Governor Murphy has issued a statewide Stay-at-Home Order on March 21 with a curfew of 8:00pm. 

New Providence, New Jersey Businesses Pulling Through During Quarantine!

Pharmacies:

• CVS - open 7 days per week M-S 8am-9pm Sun 8am-7pm

Groceries:

• Shipt.com - Subscription service ($8.25/mo or $99/year or $14/month)

• Costco.com

• Instacart - You can shop virtually at stores and have your groceries, etc. delivered. Just download the app, sign up for a time slot and you will have your items.

Restaurants:

• Harlee’s  - "Separate from our 20% off special on our full menu, please enjoy one of our $35 family style dishes (feeds 4) today!" They are also offering people with financial difficulties to pay what they can or if they can’t pay they will happily feed your family

• Moe’s Bistro and Bar - To Go Orders, "We have delivery available right to your door step. No contact needed. If you would like to pick up, curbside, just drive up and we put it in your car. Call 908.840.4540. " We are taking orders starting at 11:30. Please allow an hour from the time you place your order.

• Providence Bar and Kitchen - Open for family meals as well as individual meals, wine too - Look on Facebook for sample menu

• Paolo’s - Open 7 days a week 8am-8pm offering frozen and fresh meals all meals feed 2-3 people, buy 5 frozen meals get one free

• Barth’s - Open for in store and pick up. Orders for pick up must be placed between 9am-11am - They are fully stocked and experiencing no shortages

• Bagel Cafe - During COVID 19 - if u’d like curbside pick up- please write CURBSIDE in special instructions - check your email confirmation for pick up time - your order will be waiting for you on our tables out front on Springfield Ave ????

• Tables for Two - Pick up or Delivery through DoorDash - "Any 4 panini or wrap choices that are in stock with a House Salad or Harvest Salad without chicken! Paninis can be reheated…$30 plus tax."

• Old Glory - Old Glory Restaurant will Open up tomorrow with a limited menu!!! 11am to 7pm. 908-665-1753

• CHOPT - Currently open for curbside pickup and delivery.

• Untied Brewing Company has curbside pickup and online ordering.

• Szechuan Delight - Order online and offering takeout and delivery

• Chipotle

• Latin American Deli

Banks:

• Provident bank- Branch hours at all Provident Bank locations are 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. -12 p.m. on Saturdays – drive-thru service

• TD Bank  - 80 South Street open 8:30 to 4:00pm

Misc:

• Yoga Essence of New Providence is offering on line classes.  They have something fore everyone.  Story time for kids and chair yoga for elderly.

• Braunschweiger jewelers, by appointment, pick up or delivery and shop online!
